Bottles Return Policy:
30-Day Return Window:
- You have up to 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return for a refund or exchange.
- To be eligible for a return, the bottle must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
How to Initiate a Return:
- To start the return process for a bottle, please contact our customer service team to request a return authorization (RA) number.
- Once you've obtained your RA number, please securely package the bottle and include the RA number on the outside of the package.
- Ship the bottle back to us using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe and reliable delivery.
Refund Process:
- Once we receive your returned bottle and verify its eligibility, we will process your refund within 3-5 days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Exchanges:
- If you would like to exchange your bottle for a different product, size, or color, please indicate your preference when requesting your RA number.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Pods Return Policy:
Please note that due to the consumable nature of Pods, we are unable to accept returns or provide refunds for opened or used Pods. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but we hope you understand that our priority is to maintain the highest standards of quality and safety for our customers. If you do have an issue with a Pod, please reach out to our customer service team for assistance.
